True. What does your second sentence mean, though?
it means that we are either being idiots by breaking tthe speed limit or we exagerating if a person is only going 3 mph under the limit.
You need to enjoy your rides in your vehicle, and leave earlier so there is no hurry. once you just accept the road for what it is, and listen to metallica on the way, you will never be happy with the speed or skill of other drivers.
