On girls

I notice that in a very general sense girls love talking about all their serious health problems, that aren't their fault for having them. Wether they are serious health problems or not, I believe it is a sign for attention and/or pity. Example-

Girl 1: So the other day I was driving in my car, and my heart justed started beating really fast for no reason. It really scared me. I wasn't sure if I should call 911 or not, but seriously went on for like a whole minute.

Girl 2: O my gosh, that must have been really scary. Yeah, I think I had something like that happen to me where I was in my kitchen making dinner. . .

Girl 1: But, yeah my problem was really scary.

Girl 2: Yeah, but anyways so I was making dinner and . . .

Girl 1: But my situation was way worse and way more scary, so don't even bother.

I hope you see what I mean. Any thoughts?

Normally its not for attention or pity. Normally it is just an excuse they give to explain their weight gain, or lack of discipline at the table. The rest of the time if its like a heart problem. I would just assume they might just be legitimately concerned. The other juxtaposed reason might be that girls like to talk about anything.
