The band is from the 90's? Well they must be good!

no. just because they are from a time you weren't alive in doesn't make the new album they came out with good. And also just because they aren't a band anymore or the lead singer died of overdose doesn't make them good and you aren't cool for knowing that. I know Twisted Sister wasn't from the 90's but anyway, don't buy their new album because they suck. This probably does not apply to a lot of the people who read this but itdoe s apply to people in my generation.

Psychostick

everyone should check out the band Psychostick. The are in the genre of heavy metal but they sing about halarious things. I know you may now think that their tunes are weak but they actually quite good. And I know you may think that I'm only saying that because I think they are funny but they really do put out rad riffs. I recomend you listen to "In a band to get chicks"

A point against soccer

Gangster rappers can rap about basketball and football. But do you think they could rap about soccer?

With a quick conclusion, Soccer has no street cred, which makes it not cool.

Its my birthday today and I'm not sure why turning sixteen is such a big deal. Because of this thought it lead me to wonder why 8th graders think they are so awesome and have big graduation parties when the get into highschool. Listen, they are at the top of a two year institution waiting to be the bottom of a four year institution. I think they have an atitude problem.

Dating for Experience...

Is lame. People tell me that I should start dating in my teen years because I need to use the "experience" for future relationships and to learn how to handle them. There is something wrong in saying that. Thats saying that you know your relationship wont last because you don't want it to. What if the person that was dating you wanted to go as far as marriage but you didn't because you were doing for the experience? Thats lying. Isn't the point of dating because you love a person and feel like you can spend the rest of your life with them. People then say to me, "But Gunn, how else are you going to get experience." There is more than one way to get the experience. WISDOM! You don't only get wisdom from trial and error. So I believe that people only say they date for experience because they want the "Experience of Love".

I changed My blog title. And yes it is another name to a bands album that I really like. And I will probably start arguements with you on why you should like this band and I will get all critical........Jason.

They aren't your band

Why is it that a lot of my friends, in my generation, favorite music is in the 90's in which they were not very aware and claim to be long time listeners to it especially when it isn't good 90's music? Oh yeah, they are called posers. Yes I am talking about people who just started listening to Nirvana and already have all their cds.

Hey! No! You're wrong!

This blog is to most of the people who replied on Joshes blog about the new white stripes album. You all sound like music snobs. I believe that Icky Thump is a superb album. I think you are either overreacting about the tunes or the drumming, or you don't to be caught liking the track that uses bag pipes. I thought I already explained this. Meg whites drumming isn't obviously the best in the world but it gets the job done and is simple and heavy. AC/DC has simple drums and same for Metalica sometimes. I think people are afraid to say they actually liked the song with bag pipes. I admit that even though I despise the genres of punk and mainstream rap I still do enjoy the occasional one, because it was fairly good. You are all just caught up in the music you are all about and don't want other music genres being good.
