Psychostick
everyone should check out the band Psychostick. The are in the genre of heavy metal but they sing about halarious things. I know you may now think that their tunes are weak but they actually quite good. And I know you may think that I'm only saying that because I think they are funny but they really do put out rad riffs. I recomend you listen to "In a band to get chicks"

They are good musicians, but the vocals are too lame. They dont take themselves seriously obviously, its more of comedy music which is fine. But If its gonna be rocking and have sweet riffs, why not make it real music. Save the lame riffs for the funny music, because the funny stuff is more centered around the words/vocals obviously. Its a shame to waste such a rad riff on humor music.
